740,000 SF mixed-use complex designed for a prominent corner site in Downtown Bogotá. The project responds to an irregular lot by breaking the mass into distinct vertical components that meet at a shared retail and commercial podium, activating the street and organizing access at ground level. The program stacks three levels of parking below four levels of retail, with offices, student residences, and high-end condominium units above—creating a dense, walkable hub that brings multiple uses together on one site.
