We’re typically booked about a quarter in advance. If you’re considering a project, it’s best to reach out early. You can also join our waitlist to be notified when new openings become available.
We start with design and remain involved through construction, ensuring the original intent is carried through every phase.
It depends on the scale and complexity of the home. Most projects take about 10–12 months from design through permitting, and construction can range from 12 to 36 months.

Our focus is on full homes, major additions, and substantial remodels, typically with construction values starting around $1.5 million. For smaller projects, we offer hourly consulting and advisory services such as site visits, zoning reviews, and early planning input.
