JOYCO, a Bogotá-based engineering firm, needed to relieve capacity at their headquarters while introducing a new way of working. The solution was a second office on the 15th floor of Element Towers on El Dorado Avenue, positioned closer to their largest client, the National Infrastructure Agency. The 250 SM space has no assigned seating and no private offices. Every workstation is interchangeable across JOYCO locations, establishing a plug-in work culture that preceded the remote flexibility most firms adopted only after the 2020 pandemic.
