Ari Townhomes is a 7-unit multifamily project in Seattle, near Woodland Park Zoo. The narrow site and required parking significantly shaped the design, driving a compact and efficient layout.

Three of the homes include on-site parking, while the remaining four feature generous double-height living spaces that bring additional light and volume into the interiors. The project is carefully proportioned to maximize livability within a constrained footprint, with close attention to human scale, spatial efficiency, and natural light.
