Xmall is a three-story infill retail project on a constrained triangular site, demonstrating how strategic zoning and a strong corner presence can unlock value in dense urban corridors. Located in Bogotá along Avenida Boyacá, it occupies the only commercially zoned lot within a predominantly residential district lacking neighborhood retail.

The triangular geometry shaped a simple, sculptural corner that anchors the intersection. The lower floors house convenience retail and local services, while the third floor accommodates a gym and flexible hidden kitchen space.

Xmall brings daily services within walking distance of thousands of residents and activates a highly visible urban site.
