This residential building is located in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, directly adjacent to the new Roosevelt Light Rail Station. The project is conceived as a transit-oriented development that prioritizes walkability and shared amenities over private parking.
All residents enter through a generous ground-level lobby designed as a communal hub. The space includes a coffee bar, lounge seating, a shared garden, and a small library—encouraging daily interaction and a strong sense of community.
With no parking required due to its proximity to transit, the building instead provides substantial bicycle storage, reinforcing a lifestyle centered on mobility, convenience, and connection to the city.
