JOYCO is a large engineering firm headquartered in Bogota. With their main HQ offices operating at full capacity, the president and owner decided to open a second office in a more central location, and was closer to their largest client - the National Infrastructure Agency.

The brand new office space is located on the 15th floor of the Element Towers at El Dorado Avenue. With 250 SM of area, the client's vision was to have a fully flexible office with no fixed seating locations and no individual offices. The goal was to introduce a culture of flexibility that allows any JOYCO employee to plug in at any JOYCO office.
