Ari Townhomes

Ari Townhomes is a 7-unit mulitfamily project located in Seattle, near Woodland Park Zoo. The narrow configuration of the units and the requirements for parking are large drivers for the design solution. Three units have parking spaces, while the other four have a large, double-height space over their living room. The project is designed paying close attention to human dimensions to ensure the maximum efficiency is achieved.
